Is it impact or airborne noise that is your problem? We will identify it and design under carpet layering or floating floor based solutions with our acoustic underlay to minimize that noise.  In modern apartments, they are supposed to be very good at separating noise between floors, but this is not always the case.  Sometimes a particular engineering issue can magnify a noise problem, or an upstairs neighbour might be particularly noisy, jumping up and down.  These kinds of problems can present challenges, but we will work with you to determine the best approach.
